These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Kyberis services provided by GenLab Inc. ("Kyberis", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the website, API, or related services, you agree to these Terms.
Kyberis provides threat intelligence services, APIs, documentation, and related website functionality. Service features may evolve over time, including early-access and pre-launch changes.
You represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.
API keys and credentials are confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your credentials and for promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized use.
You may not misuse the service, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with service operation, evading security controls, violating applicable law, or using the service to transmit malicious code.
You acknowledge that we collect and retain information submitted through contact forms, information transmitted in API and MCP calls by agents or other clients, operational logs, and product or website analytics as described in our Privacy Policy.
As between you and Kyberis, you retain ownership of data and content you submit to the service ("Customer Data").
You grant Kyberis a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, transmit, and use Customer Data solely to provide, secure, support, and improve the service, and to comply with legal obligations.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, and lawful basis required to submit Customer Data to the service.
Kyberis may generate and use product telemetry, service analytics, and de-identified or aggregated analytics to operate, secure, support, and improve the service, subject to our Privacy Policy.
Pricing and plan terms are provided in applicable ordering, plan, or launch materials. We may update plan packaging, limits, and pricing as services mature.
Kyberis and its related content, software, and branding are owned by GenLab Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Some service functionality may depend on third-party infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kyberis will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, security risk, legal compliance reasons, or abuse affecting service integrity.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
